Cliplala

Your walkthroughs and market updates are already a month of reels

Paste the tour or the update. Cliplala finds the moments worth posting, keeps you and the room in frame, burns in the captions, and queues the shorts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and 10+ platforms. You review a short list between showings.

What real estate agents get

Each one shown on a different show, straight from the engine.

  1. A month of posts from one walkthrough.

Cliplala finds the rooms and the lines worth posting, removes near-duplicate moments and ranks what is left with a reason each. One tour comes back as a list you can read in the car, and every short on it is one you could post as is.

  2. You and the room, both in the frame.

When you are on camera the crop follows you through the house. When the camera is on the kitchen, the short shows the kitchen. The layout is chosen about once a second from what is on screen, so a pan to the view does not leave you off the edge.

  3. Market updates that stand on their own.

Every cut snaps to a sentence edge and a second pass checks that the first line opens on its own and the last line lands. A short that needs the ten minutes before it to make sense is re-cut or dropped before you see it.

  4. Captions for the sound-off scroll.

Word-level captions burned into the file in one of ten styles, with the spoken word highlighted. They look the same on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and the buyer scrolling on mute still gets the address.

  5. Posted for the week without hiring anyone.

The shorts you keep queue to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and 10+ platforms from the results page. No download, no re-upload, no assistant. A frame that is wrong is re-cut with Adjust framing, free on every plan.

Every tour is a week of reels

Film the walkthrough once. The engine finds the rooms and the lines that sell, keeps you in frame when you are on camera, and queues the shorts under the listing's address before the open house.

Clip a walkthrough

What it does not promise

  • A fixed number of shorts. De-duplication and the coherence check drop shorts on purpose; a tight talk yields more than a rambling one.
  • A score that predicts views. Every short gets a rank and a written reason, and you can disagree with it.
  • A time. Long sources take longer; you see shorts as they finish.
  • Music-only tours. The engine picks from what is said; a walkthrough with music and no narration returns nothing to clip.

Questions

How do I turn a property walkthrough into reels?

Paste the tour's YouTube link or upload the recording. Cliplala transcribes it, finds the moments worth posting, cuts them to 9:16 with you and the room in frame and captions burned in, and shows them ranked with a reason each. You review, then queue the ones you like to your platforms.

Does the tour need me talking on camera?

It needs talking. The engine picks moments from what is said, so a narrated walkthrough works and a music-only tour does not. You can be on camera or off; when you are on, the crop follows you.

Can I post the same short to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube?

Yes. One short queues to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and 10+ platforms from the results page, each in its own slot. No download, no re-upload.

How many shorts do I get from one video?

It depends on the video. The engine keeps the moments that stand on their own and drops near-duplicates and cuts that start or end mid-thought, so a tight talk can return more usable shorts than a rambling one. You can set a target count and a clip length before it runs.

How long are the shorts?

Between 15 and 90 seconds by default, snapped to sentence edges so nothing is cut mid-word. You can set the range before the run.

Is the real estate clipper free?

Your first 60 minutes of source video are free with no credit card. Those shorts carry a small Cliplala watermark. Paid plans start at $14 a month for 4 hours of video and have no watermark.

Is my video used to train anything?

No. Your uploads are used to make your shorts and for nothing else. Source files are deleted after 30 days; the shorts stay.

What does it cost compared to an editor or a virtual assistant?

Plans are metered on hours of recording you send in, not on shorts out. Lite is $14 a month for 4 hours, enough for a tour and an update every week. Cancel any time; a charge is refunded in full within 7 days if no recording has run on the plan.
