One recording a week, enough posts to stay visible
Paste a workout, a form breakdown, a Q&A or a podcast you were a guest on. Cliplala finds the moments that stand on their own, keeps you in the 9:16 frame as you move, burns in the captions, and queues the shorts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and 10+ platforms. You review a short list between clients.

What fitness creators get
Each one shown on a different show, straight from the engine.
Posts for the week, from the one recording you made.
One session or one talk comes back as a ranked list of shorts, each one a complete thought. Cliplala drops near-duplicates and anything that starts or ends mid-sentence, so what is left is a week of posts you can approve in one sitting, not a folder to sort.
Content time that does not come out of client hours.
The run happens while you train. Paste the link or drop the file, and the shorts are waiting, captioned and framed, when the session ends. Review, keep the ones you like, queue them for the week. No timeline, no editor.
You stay in frame through the rep.
The crop follows you: across the gym floor, down into the squat, back up to the camera. A demonstration keeps the movement in the 9:16 frame instead of cutting it off at the knees. A talking head is cropped on you and holds.
The podcast you were on, cut into shorts under your name.
Paste the episode link. The engine finds the moments where you explain one thing well, keeps the speaker who is talking in frame through the camera cuts, and gives you the shorts to post from your own account.
Captions that read with the sound off.
Every short gets word-level captions burned in, with the word being said lit, in one of ten styles you choose before the run. Most of the feed is watched on mute; the cue, the count and the correction are all readable without audio.

The gym-floor you, on every platform
Your best content is the coaching you already do. Record a session or a form breakdown once; the engine finds the cues that stand alone, keeps you and the movement in frame, and queues them where your next client is scrolling.
Clip a sessionWhat it does not promise
- A fixed number of shorts. De-duplication and the coherence check drop shorts on purpose; a tight talk yields more than a rambling one.
- A score that predicts views. Every short gets a rank and a written reason, and you can disagree with it.
- A time. Long sources take longer; you see shorts as they finish.
- Shorts from a music-only workout. The engine picks from what is said; a follow-along with no talking returns nothing. Cue the movement out loud and it has something to work with.

Questions
How do I turn one coaching video into a week of reels?
Paste the video's YouTube link or upload the file. Cliplala transcribes it, finds the moments that stand on their own, cuts them to 9:16 with you in frame and captions burned in, and shows them ranked with a reason each. You review, then queue the ones you like to your platforms.
Does it work on gym footage where I move around?
Yes. The crop tracks you through the frame, so a demonstration keeps the movement in view and a walk across the floor stays on you. If a short's framing is wrong, Adjust framing re-cuts that one short, free on every plan.
Can I clip a podcast I was a guest on?
Yes. Paste the episode link. The engine keeps whoever is speaking in frame through the camera cuts, and you pick the shorts where it is you. Post them from your own account.
What about a workout with no talking?
The picker works from the transcript, so a music-only follow-along returns nothing. Talk through the cues, the counts and the corrections, and every one of those becomes a candidate short.
How many shorts do I get from one video?
It depends on the video. The engine keeps the moments that stand on their own and drops near-duplicates and cuts that start or end mid-thought, so a tight talk can return more usable shorts than a rambling one. You can set a target count and a clip length before it runs.
Is the fitness clipper free?
Your first 60 minutes of source video are free with no credit card. Those shorts carry a small Cliplala watermark. Paid plans start at $14 a month for 4 hours of video and have no watermark.
Can I post the shorts straight to TikTok, Reels and Shorts?
Yes. The results page queues them to 10+ platforms. You do not download and re-upload anything, though a download is there if you want it.
Is my video used to train anything?
No. Your uploads are used to make your shorts and for nothing else. Source files are deleted after 30 days; the shorts stay.
What does it cost for a trainer who records once a week?
Plans are metered on hours of video you send in, not on shorts out. Lite is $14 a month for 4 hours; a weekly one-hour session fits the next plan up, which also includes a seat for an assistant. Cancel any time; a charge is refunded in full within 7 days if no recording has run on the plan.
