Dumme publishes no price, so there is nothing to compare against. Our entry plan is $14 a month for 4 hours of video, or $10.50 paid yearly.

Can I use Dumme today?

As of September 2026 its site has only a waitlist button, no sign-up and no log-in, and its pricing page returns a 404. The footer is dated 2024.

What is a source-hour?

One hour of the video you send us. A 75-minute podcast is 1.25 hours. It is the only unit we use, on every plan.

What does Dumme describe that you do not have?

Import from Spotify and Twitter, and a title and description written for each short. Whether those are live behind the waitlist, we cannot tell.

Do my shorts expire if I stop paying?

No. Shorts are yours on every plan, including free, and they stay after you cancel. The uploaded source video is kept for 30 days.

Do you train AI models on my videos?

No. Your uploads are used to make your shorts and for nothing else. It is written in our terms and privacy policy.
