What came out of this one

Real shorts from the source above, in the order the engine ranked them, with the reason it wrote for each.

  1. #1 · 75 · 41s

You Snuck On My Campus Last Year, I See Everything

Why. Dean has receipts and footage proving the contestant lied. The power dynamic—Dean as omniscient observer—lands hard.

  2. #2 · 74 · 32s

We Were Lost Because We Were Waiting For Our Leader

Why. Emotional vulnerability from someone who depended on the dean. The admission of being lost without leadership carries weight.

  3. #3 · 73 · 31s

    This Application Is AI Generated

Why. Dean tests an application against his AI detector and fails the candidate on the spot. The moment captures the ongoing battle against AI-assisted shortcuts.

  1. 01

    Upload what you filmed

A stream replay, a recorded call, a long take. Link or file.

  2. 02

Clips are generated from the transcript and the picture

The engine scores moments from what was said, checks what was on screen, cuts to sentence edges, and frames each clip around the person.

  3. 03

    Review, then post everywhere

Ranked clips with reasons. Queue the good ones into Schedulala for 10+ platforms from the same page.

A replay in, a week of clips out

Hours of VOD hold a few minutes worth posting. The engine finds them, keeps your cam in the frame, and ranks them so you post the best one first.

Generate from a VOD

Generated from real moments, not invented ones

Text-to-video tools make footage up. This generator only ever cuts what you filmed. Every clip is a moment that happened, with the sentence it was picked for attached, so what you post is yours.

Loud rooms and fast talkers

Streams and live recordings have crosstalk, shouting and jokes that land on a reaction. The picker scores the beat, not just the words, and the coherence check drops the clips that need the context you cut away. Built for streams.

One crop per shot, following the face

The tracker reads scene cuts and face tracks and picks one crop per shot, splitting where a person enters or leaves. No jitter, no drifting box.

Priced on footage hours

Cliplala meters the footage you upload, not the shorts it makes. Lite is $14 a month for 4 hours; Pro is $78 for 25. Every plan posts to 10+ platforms, and every plan from Starter up includes seats for a team. The first 60 minutes are free, with a small watermark on the clips; paid plans have none. Full pricing.

What it does

  • Link or file. Paste a YouTube link, or upload the file straight from your machine.
  • Ranked with reasons. Every short says why it was picked, so you can disagree with it.
  • Bad cuts dropped. A short that starts or ends mid-thought does not reach you.
  • Face tracking. The crop follows the person, through cuts and camera moves.
  • Burned-in captions. Word-level, active word highlighted, ten styles. Rendered into the file.
  • Queue to 10+ platforms. Post from the results page. No export step.
  • Never used for training. Your uploads make your shorts and nothing else.
  • Shorts never expire. Source files are kept 30 days. The shorts you made stay.

What it does not promise

  • Footage that was not filmed. Nothing is generated from a prompt; every frame is yours.
  • A fixed number of shorts. De-duplication and the coherence check drop shorts on purpose; a tight talk yields more than a rambling one.
  • A score that predicts views. Every short gets a rank and a written reason, and you can disagree with it.

Claims on this page come from what ships today. If a row above says it, the engine does it.

Questions

Is this a text-to-video generator?

No. Cliplala only cuts shorts from video you upload or link. Nothing is generated from a prompt; every clip is a real moment from your footage, with the sentence it was picked for attached.

How does the AI clip generator choose moments?

From the transcript and the picture together. It scores what was said, snaps the cut to sentence edges, checks that the clip still makes sense alone, drops near-duplicates, and frames each one around the person on screen.

How many shorts do I get from one video?

It depends on the video. The engine keeps the moments that stand on their own and drops near-duplicates and cuts that start or end mid-thought, so a tight talk can return more usable shorts than a rambling one. You can set a target count and a clip length before it runs.

How long are the shorts?

Between 15 and 90 seconds by default, snapped to sentence edges so nothing is cut mid-word. You can set the range before the run.

Can I change a short before posting?

Yes. You can fix a caption, change the caption style, swap the layout, or drop the clip. Then queue it, or download it.

Is the AI clip generator free?

Your first 60 minutes of source video are free with no credit card. Those shorts carry a small Cliplala watermark. Paid plans start at $14 a month for 4 hours of video and have no watermark.

Can I post the shorts straight to TikTok, Reels and Shorts?

Yes. The results page queues them to 10+ platforms. You do not download and re-upload anything, though a download is there if you want it.

Is my video used to train anything?

No. Your uploads are used to make your shorts and for nothing else. Source files are deleted after 30 days; the shorts stay.
